Fluid Reclamation System

The Model CS230 Fluid Reclamation System is 
a liquid/solid separation system designed to provide a self-contained, low-cost package suitable for a wide variety of applications. 
The system features a choice from several centrifuge models, seal-less pumps for optimum life, a proprietary tank self-cleaning system to eliminate sediment, and safety interlocks. Each system is shipped complete with controls, factory wiring and piping.

Separator

The choice of separator will be made according to the application. Models include solid stainless steel as well as rubber-lined bowls for fast cleaning of densely packed solids. See CS90 and CS96 pages for description of models, selection criteria, and available options.

Tank

The standard tank has a 100-gallon capacity. The "dirty" portion is separated from the "clean" side by an overflow baffle, and contains a proprietary nozzle system which minimizes sediment. The system allows fluid recirculation when fluid is not flowing to work centers.

Pumps

The feed and clean-fluid return pumps are Gusher Model 11019A or equivalent. These are vertical, seal-less designs for minimal maintenance. The high flow rate and head of these pumps allow the use of the CS230 System as a central system for multiple work centers.
