Selection Guide

Standard Features- All Models CS96

The Model CS96 builds upon the proven performance and rugged reliability of the CS90, and then adds features to make it even easier to use and clean in very difficult applications.

Flexible Liner

The heavy-duty liner is easy to remove when full and is quickly cleaned. The design features a large diameter and shallow depth to further facilitate the removal of hard-packed or sticky sludge. Liners may be supplied in nitrile or EPDM.

500 Cubic Inch Capacity

This large solids holding capacity allows for extended cleaning cycles before cleaning is necessary. With  a spare liner on hand, an interruption of less than five minutes is all that's necessary for cleaning.

Lid Safety Interlock

This safety feature prevents startup of the separator if the hinged lid is open, and actuates the dynamic brake if the lid is released during operation.

Dynamic Brake

This feature rapidly decelerates the full bowl to a stop. With coast downtime reduced from several minutes to a few seconds, both operator safety and convenience are greatly advanced.

Variable Speed Drive

A solid-state drive provides pushbutton control over acceleration time, deceleration time and operating speed. Each application can be optimized for efficient separation and maximum flow rate
