Corporate Information for Those Interested In July of 2005 QCG Systems of Warminster, PA was purchased by HyVac Products, Inc. HyVac is committed to continuing production of the QCG Systems line. Included in this line is the older Quaker City product lines of grinders that are both manually and motor driven grinders used to mill various products into specific sieve sized sample. These grinders have changed very little over the years and are a standard for durability and the highest quality in this area. The grinders can be used for both edible and inedible applications. We also manufacture these mills in stainless steel for products demanding such materials. There are other imitators, but none can match the quality of this product line that has been manufactured since the late 1800s. QCG Systems is a line of centrifuges, chip ringers and separators used in small scale industrial processing. Quaker City Grinding Mills stimulated the QCG Systems name for the new company as we continue what was started over 100 years ago. In 2003 HyVac Products purchased Neptune Pump Manufacturing in Blackwood, NJ. Neptune Pump Manufacturing makes a line of industrial pedestal style sump pumps in cast iron, brass and stainless steel. The pumps range from 1/3H - 3H powered sump pumps and heights can be arranged but typically range between 30 and 48 inches. The Neptune design allows for taller pumps. In Neptune we also have a small pump now in production called an LT pump or laundry tray pump. Combined with our unique pressure switch, end users needing to move water from a basement sink up to ground level can have a solution in which the water is contained in hard piping which can minimize things like mold propagation and basically is a better solution than that often installed in new homes. We also make a manual hydrostatic test pump good to 500 psi. HyVac Products, Inc. manufactures a variety of items for the vacuum industry. We make vacuum pumps, vacuum fittings, vacuum gauges and just about everything soup to nuts for this market segment. Flow into the hundreds of cubic feet per minute, to pressures of 1 micron routinely. HyVac is a CNC based manufacturer holding tolerances to .001" sometimes better in production manufacturing. We routinely count as customers a broad cross section of the research and development sections of many companies and many industries. Sales to the US Government, Department of Defense, National Labs, Colleges, Universities, Fortune 500 businesses and mom and pop small business.
